If I want my hair to be installed how do I book?

When purchasing hair for an appointment please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

This is to ensure your hair is ready for your appointment! You will book your appointment via our booking website as normal.

You can add a note at checkout or alternatively you can DM us on instagram @angeestyles with your Booking confirmation + order number this way the discount on your installation service can be applied.

At checkout remember to select , INSTALLATION SERVICE

Is processing time included in shipping time?

Processing time varies from 8-10 working days and then your shipping is calculated. In some cases this processing time MAY be shorter and a tracking number will be sent out sooner. Please refer to our shipping policy for more detailed information.

For international orders this will have a longer processing and shipping time. Please refer to our policy.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Yes we do under certain circumstances. Please refer to our returns/refund and exchanges policy to get more details!

Is customisation (I.e bleaching and plucking) included in the purchase price?

This is not included.
To get this you can add it onto your cart upon checkout. This means you will like me to bleach, pluck and style your unit in either a middle or side part (which can be left as a note). If you do not add this on no customisations will be made to your unit.
