PROCESSING TIMES
Processing Time
• All orders are subject to a processing period of 8-10 working days.
• Processing time does not include shipping time.
• Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once the processing period is complete and your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery, with Royal Mail and DPD as our couriers.
1. Standard Delivery
• Royal Mail: Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
• DPD: Delivery within 2 working days after dispatch.
2. Next Day Delivery
• Royal Mail: Next Day delivery after dispatch for orders shipped before 1:00 PM.
• DPD: Next Day delivery after dispatch for orders shipped before 1:00 PM.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and the exact weight of your order.
Shipping Schedule
• Orders are dispatched only after the 8-10 working day processing period.
• To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be dispatched before 1:00 PM on a working day. Orders dispatched after this time will arrive the following working day.
• Standard Delivery orders will be dispatched at the end of the processing period and delivered within the estimated timeframe provided above.
Important Notes
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).
• Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
• Once your order is dispatched, you can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status directly with the courier.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
